Job Description

     .Perform business development roles including client profiling, targeting, preparing proposals, and managing client relations.

·Assist in the creation and management of contracts with external consultants, trainers, and third party.

·Participate in a consultant capacity in projects contributing to preparing project deliverables.

·Attend meetings and perform follow up in governmental, banking, funding agencies and related entities for the purpose of entity setup.

·Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project.

·Manage project time lines and report progress. Define implications of changes to project scope and/or objectives to the client and to project stakeholders.

·Manage the client and or contracted consultants/trainers and establish associated project time lines and budgets.

·Create or participate in the creation or organization of project documentation.

·Assure project legal documents are completed and signed.

·Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Manage project budget. 

.Issue project invoices and follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

The ideal candidate

       - Has a degree in Industrial Engineering or Management or any related field.

-Fluent in English and computer literate.

-Capable of working independently with limited supervision.

-Owns a valid driving license and car.
