.Organize and attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings by carrying out background research and presenting findings.
·Take minutes of meeting and to provide general assistance during presentations.
·Manage financial reports, accounts, and budgets.
·Coordinate marketing and training material preparation, production, and distribution. Maintain liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing material.
·Prepare, plan and project manage the publication of all publicity material to maximize promotion. Prepare and issue periodicals, announcements, and ads with collaboration of external publishers. Coordinate press releases.
·Setup and maintain company pages, accounts, and groups. Monitor and manage online presence and reputation. Maintain social media outlets. Implement online market campaigns.
·Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments; liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
·Deal with incoming email, faxes and post on behalf of the manager. Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
·Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
·Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
·Assist event management efforts including events, seminars, workshops,etc.Manage and maintain positive relationships with venue staff and partners.
.Perform government relations tasks including issuing and submitting official papers and obtaining permissions and certificates.
. Fluent in English and computer literate.
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
. Owns a valid driving license and car.
